Terms of Service

Welcome to FinalCall. By downloading or using the FinalCall iOS application ("the app," "we," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FinalCall, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. What FinalCall Is

FinalCall is a social platform that allows friends to create and track friendly wagers, appoint a neutral judge, record win/loss history, track golf rounds, and participate in group pools. It is a recordkeeping and social coordination tool only.

3. No Money Handling

FinalCall does not accept, hold, transfer, or process money. Stake amounts are informational only. Any monetary settlement takes place completely outside of FinalCall.

4. Wagers Are for Fun

FinalCall does not guarantee, mediate, or enforce any wager outcome. Users are free to use FinalCall entirely for fun or non-monetary competition.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the app lawfully, be at least 18, not harass or defraud other users, and act honestly as a judge when appointed.

6. User-Generated Content & Zero Tolerance Policy

You are solely responsible for the content you post. FinalCall has a strict ZERO TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, spam, or that impersonates others. Violations result in immediate content removal and may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

6a. Content Moderation & Reporting

FinalCall provides tools to keep the community safe:

• Report Content: Any user can report a wager or another user directly within the app.
• Block Users: Any user can block another user at any time. Blocked users' content is immediately removed from your feed and a report is sent to our moderation team.
• 24-Hour Response: FinalCall reviews all reports within 24 hours and will remove violating content and may suspend or ban offending accounts.

To report: long-press any bet card or tap the menu on any user profile and select "Report / Block."

To report outside the app: support.finalcall@gmail.com

7. The Judge System

Judges are other FinalCall users chosen socially. FinalCall does not vet or guarantee any judge's impartiality. A judge's ruling has no legal effect outside the app.

8. Compliance with Local Laws

It is your responsibility to ensure your use of FinalCall complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use FinalCall to operate commercial gambling services, engage in fraud, threaten users, create fake accounts, or attempt to tamper with the app.

10. Accounts & Termination

FinalCall reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting support.finalcall@gmail.com.

11. Disclaimers

FinalCall is provided "as is." We are not responsible for financial disputes between users, non-payment, user conduct, or legal consequences arising from use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinalCall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
