Frequently Asked Questions

Does FinalCall handle money or payments?

No. FinalCall is a social wager tracking app only. We do not process, hold, or transfer any money. All settlement between users happens outside the app through whichever method they choose (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, cash, etc.).

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support.finalcall@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we will remove all your data within 30 days.

I didn't receive a wager invitation — what should I do?

Check that push notifications are enabled for FinalCall in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → FinalCall. If notifications are on and you're still not receiving invitations, contact us.

The judge hasn't responded — what can I do?

You can message your judge directly outside the app to remind them. If a judge is unresponsive, the wager participants can agree to reassign a new judge — contact us if you need help resolving a stuck wager.

How do I report a bug?

Email support.finalcall@gmail.com with a description of the issue, your iPhone model, and iOS version. Screenshots are always helpful.

Is FinalCall available on Android?

FinalCall is currently iOS only. Android support may come in a future update.
